Library members can request an item not held by the Library Service by completing the online form on this webpage

Sign into your account by using the “Sign In” link at the top right of the screen.

            Click on “My Pages”

            Click on “My Loans”

            Select the items you wish to renew by checking the box to the right of each item listed

As a member of Coventry Library Service you can borrow:

            Up to 20 books for 4 weeks, free of charge

            Up to 8 DVD’s and CD’s for 1 week for a small charge

            Up to 8 Talking books for a small charge

            Up to 8 E-Books, up to 8 E-Audiobooks and E-Magazines, free of charge

To sign-in to your Library account, please click on the “Sign In” link at the top right of the screen. 

You will need your Library card number and PIN.

Once you have signed in you will be able to view your loans, reservations, charges and wish lists.

You can also renew any items you presently have out on loan.

You can join Coventry Library Service by visiting any one of our Libraries. 

Please remember to bring ID showing proof of address such as a Driving Licence or recent bill.

When you join the Library you will be issued with a PIN. 

You can then use your Library card number and pin to login to your account and:

• Check the items you have on loan
• Renew items
• Reserve items
• Receive e-mail alerts

By signing up to receive e-mail alerts you will be notified when items you have requested are ready to be collected and be reminded before items you have borrowed become overdue.

To register for this service:

• Sign into your account via the link at the top right of the screen
• Go to “My Profile”
• Enter your e-mail address
• Select the notifications you would like to receive

Please note – it is still your responsibility to return your items on time

While many services the Library provides are free of charge e.g. borrowing books we do make a small charge for certain services such as photocopying, printing and the late return of items.

If you lose your Library card you will need to visit your local Library so that it can be cancelled. 

You can also e-mail Libraries247@coventry.gov.uk with the name and address of the Library card holder.

Replacement Library cards can be collected from your local Library.
